At equalta, we don't put all our eggs in one basket.

When you choose equalta, you get the skills and experience of the staff in our business. If it's appropriate, you also get access to the knowledge of our wide range of associates (in both the research and HR consultancy areas).

We trust our own ability but understand that there are times when others can help us to deliver what our clients need. This may be through providing us with additional (internal) resource or through us out-sourcing work directly to an associate.

We are very picky when it comes to adding an associate to our network. Each associate (either an individual or a company) must have a specialist skill or skills that are unique to our network. There is some overlapping, but we try to keep this to a minimum.
