equalta was formed in February 2005, bringing together three companies with over 30 years' worth of history and experience. In April 2007, we welcomed Quest Development into the equalta family.

Azitis
Stephen Heeley was MD at Azitis for 9 years. He worked with Jane Hallas in developing Azitis into a consulting company with expertise in major change programmes and employment law advice. Both are now Directors at equalta.

Nicholas Webb Associates
Nick Webb joined equalta as a Director, having successfully run his own business focusing on management development and psychometric testing. In 2006, Nick became an Associate of equalta in order to allow more time for him to pursue his personal interests outside work.

Southbank Consulting
Southbank was a specialist market research agency concentrating solely on all aspects of employee research. Southbank's Managing Partner, Richard Lambert, joined equalta as a Director.

Quest Development
After running Quest Development - a consultancy specialising in creativity and innovation - Amanda Graham joined equalta as a Director in April 2007. Amanda enhances equalta's strategic capability in helping organisations improve their performance through generating and implementing new ideas.
