Jane has many years experience of working with a range of organisations in both the public and private sector, at board and managerial level. This experience includes course design and delivery, devising and implementing policies and procedures to help achieve organisational goals, bullying and harassment investigations and legal advice on employment matters.

Within Wales, she is a business advisor on the WDA SME Equality Project and consultant for the WDA Potentia Project. She has taught within the Welsh university sector and has written on the subject both in the UK and internationally. Her roles as Employment Tribunal Member and ACAS Arbitrator equip her in advising organisations on how best to deal with potential tribunal claims and she is an accredited mediator. Jane is a member of the Discrimination Law Association, the Industrial Law Society and Affiliate Member of the CIPD.

On a personal note, Jane enjoys traveling, yoga and walking - which is just as well as she also enjoys socialising, eating out and drinking wine.
