Steve is an accredited coach with Insights Coaching, has a Certificate in Life Coaching, a Buzan Licensed Instructor and a certified de Bono Six Thinking Hats ® trainer. He is licensed in the administration and interpretation of many psychometric instruments which he uses in both individual development and recruitment assignments.

Steve has held staff and line roles in Engineering, Finance and Human Resources with FTSE100 and Fortune 500 organisations.

His consulting experience accounts for half his 30+ years work experience and includes working with Hay Management Consultants, specialising in people and organisation development, and Gemini Consulting, specialising in change management.

Steve has worked on assignments with some of the world’s best-known organisations in both public and private sector both in the UK and abroad. Most of these engagements have been at board level and include working as an executive coach to several directors, a Company President, a CEO and University Vice-Chancellor.

Steve is married to Philippa, with two children Charlotte and James, enjoys watching Wasps and playing golf better than Richard.
