fast project turn-around at Mölnlycke Health Care

Mölnlycke Health Care is one of the Top 50 Best Small Companies to work for (according to the Sunday Times 2004 and 2005 reports). They wanted to supplement the findings of the Best Companies research with some other research which was much more tailored to their specific needs. The strategy was to develop a better understanding of the factors that would make them a better place to work.

MHC approached us and from our briefing meeting, we developed and refined an online survey. After a several stage editing process, the questionnaire was finalised. We also advised MHC on how to market the survey to their staff. The final response rate was an excellent 82%.

Our analysis identified a number of key drivers of employee engagement and included a set of recommendations for action. MHC had achieved its aims of having meaningful data and guidance on what to focus on in order to improve response to employee needs. This was a particularly fast turnaround project. From initial contact to report delivery took just 7 weeks (and that included a 3 week period of survey completion).
