calming first night nerves at Clear Channel Entertainment
Clear Channel Entertainment's Theatrical Division manages 21 theatres across the whole of the UK. The challenge for us was to design employee research that worked on a number of levels - permanent vs casual staff, customer-facing vs non-customer facing staff, management vs 'shop-floor', using online and paper methodologies. The questionnaire also needed to be aligned with CCE's business and employee objectives.
We achieved this through structured focus groups and a survey which addressed issues at the overall company level and at each individual theatre. From our initial set of recommendations, CCE has developed an action plan based around 4 key areas which have been identified as drivers of employee engagement.
