strategicanalysis
No stone unturned. But we don't send you the whole sack of rocks.
We do analyse your survey data thoroughly, very thoroughly. However, we see no value in providing you with endless graphs and charts, just because the software we use makes it easy to do so.
We complete our analysis and then we tell you the story of the data. Clearly, concisely and hopefully in an entertaining way.
Some of our analysis will be simple top-level frequency counts.
Some will be detailed cross-tabulations.
Some may be factor analysis, cluster analysis or discriminant analysis.
We also use correlation, regression and key driver analysis techniques.
So what ? There's no reason why this should impress you.
| What we hope will impress you is our ability to turn all of this analysis into a report which answers these key questions |
| |
- what do your staff think ?
- why do (we believe) they think that way ?
- what factors are important to them and why ?
- what should you be doing about it ?

We produce a strategic report for our clients which is designed to be a stand alone document for senior managers. It includes an analysis of the overall company position, plus commentary on where and how performance differs in other parts of the business. Here's a typical Table of Contents from one of our reports (click here)
We are also asked to create detailed business unit / departmental reports looking at the data solely from a particular area of the company. This can be used to help set the agenda for departmental action planning.
