At equalta, we believe leadership is collective. Whilst leadership theory focuses on an individual, our experience is that it is the loyalty of an individual to the collective leadership team that determines its effectiveness.

From the outset, our leadership development programme is more concerned with self-awareness and thinking tools than leadership theories – we call it “readiness to learn”, from Mind Mapping ® and Six Thinking Hats ®– and we build on that with modules featuring leadership in action, including simulations and team challenges as well as interactive sessions on employment law, the vital tool of leadership.
