| A two day course focussed on effective management practices, built around the work of Peter Drucker. Suitable for middle/senior managers. This course involves pre-work, use of a psychometric instrument and a series of exercises designed to illustrate and experience the eight practices involved. | This programme is suitable for senior managers and involves three blocks of three days over six months. Each block has a specific theme and, in addition to pre-work, work is required in the six-eight weeks between blocks. Participant numbers are strictly limited to nine. The course uses a variety of learning materials and involves some outdoor work.
